The JAVS came into existence on 20th of Sept. 2017 by Sukhwinder S. Bhatia an alumni of Thapar Institute Of Engg. & Technology, Patiala. He is M.Tech ( Structures ), MBA ( HRM ) & Certified Chartered Engineer [ India ] from The Institution Of Engineers ( India ) and is well connected with professional organizations. He has a distinguished career in construction industry for 22 years out of which he has gathered an extensive Corporate experience serving leading multinational Real Estate giants like EmaarMGF, DLF & IREO at top Project Management level for 12 years. Besides this he has worked with Ahluwalia Contracts ( I ) Ltd.,

He has a distinguished career in construction industry for 22 years out of which he has gathered an extensive Corporate experience serving leading multinational Real Estate giants like EmaarMGF, DLF & IREO at top Project Management level for 12 years. Besides this he has worked with Ahluwalia Contracts ( I ) Ltd., Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Trident Group & Vardhman Textiles Group handling various construction projects ( High Rise Residential Mega Projects, Textile & Pharmaceutical Projects ) all over India. More than 20 fresh Civil Engineers from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, Thapar University, Patiala & Lovely University, Jallandhar have got the site management training under his able guidance. The close association with top construction Professionals, Architects & Consultants from various leading groups has ensured his expertise from Conceptualization, Planning & Execution to completion of the projects with optimized utilization of resources and finally handing over the project within the approved budgeted project cost without compromising quality and timelines.
