This project started with a simple goal—meeting the 25% mandatory construction requirement for a one kanal plot owned by a retired Colonel and his NRI son living in the USA. After thorough discussions on the technical and financial aspects, the family was convinced to go for a complete house. The NRI son collaborated with our architect to design a unique and personalized outer façade, bringing their vision to life. The project was supervised by the Colonel’s energetic wife, ensuring that every detail aligned with their taste.
Project Overview
Technically, this house features intricate façade details, including triangles and arches, which required precise craftsmanship. Our team approached the challenges of aligning the façade’s horizontal and vertical lines with utmost care. The flooring, architectural elements, and the overall structure were executed as per the client’s specific design inputs, blending aesthetics with functionality.
