In 2018, we embarked on our second major project, awarded by a Colonel of the Indian Army. During a meeting with his family at their home in Mohali, I was candid about my experience—having just started after 21 years in corporate handling large-scale projects. Their kindness and trust led to our biggest contract being finalized on the same day, and we officially kicked off the project in April 2018.wanted a unique and elegant office space for both his staff and himself. A renowned architect friend designed the office, and The JAVS brought the vision to life. The standout feature is the office’s sophisticated, work-friendly design that leaves a lasting impression the moment you step in.
Project Overview
The project involved designing a duplex house tailored to the Colonel’s family’s specific requirements. The house was characterized by a mixture of modern and classical architectural elements, including magnificent arches and cornices. Technical aspects included optimizing natural light throughout the interior and creating expansive green areas at the front and rear of the property. The outer façade, with its blend of modern elegance and classical touches, was designed to stand out in the entire sector.
