This project came to us when the owner, a consultant from Mumbai, was financially deceived by a fake architect from Mohali. He reached out to The JAVS, seeking help and reassurance. We quickly gained his trust, providing our own architect who worked closely with his architect daughter, an MNC professional at the time. Together, we aligned with their vision and successfully obtained all necessary approvals from local authorities to begin their dream home project.
Project Overview
The design reflected the family’s unique taste and elegant thinking, as they were based outside Punjab. A standout feature is the wide, stylish staircase with an open-to-sky area near the living and kitchen space. The home is adorned with green plants and large windows that bring in natural light, creating open spaces. The inclusion of a Pooja room at a prominent location adds a personal touch to the house, while the carefully designed façade and interiors reflect the family’s refined preferences.
