Sector 69, Mohali ( Pb )
This project holds a special place in our hearts, as it involved designing and completing the interiors and finishing works for a prestigious client—a celebrity hockey player, former captain of the Indian hockey team, and an Arjuna Awardee. By chance, I got an opportunity to speak with him, and after 50 minutes of technical discussions, he was fully convinced of our capabilities. The following week, we met, and everything was finalized swiftly, marking a proud moment for us. Throughout the project, his entire family became involved, and we successfully handed over the project while establishing close and cordial relations with them.
Project Overview
The owner expressed his desire for a house that was elegant but not extravagant, saying, “Bhaaji, ghar banana hai hotel nahi par bahut decent” (Brother, we need a decent house, not a hotel). This simplicity and attention to detail were evident in the design, which featured straight lines, an open-to-sky area filled with greenery, and an artistic staircase made of steel and hardwood. The house used only three colors and included German Aluminium sliders and large windows. A recreation area on the terrace added to the homely environment, providing a soothing effect for all occupants.
