This project began when the retired Chief Engineer and his wife quickly entrusted us with the construction of their one kanal house. After a detailed discussion on both technical and financial aspects, they were convinced to move forward. The couple was passionate about having a spacious kitchen, large bedrooms, and open spaces throughout the home. The house was designed and constructed with careful attention to their specific desires and tastes, creating a space that perfectly matched their vision.
Project Overview
Technically, this project features a distinctive façade and remarkable internal arrangements, including double-height roofs. The ground-floor drawing room is fully cantilevered, with no front support, allowing for a massive glass window that provides stunning views of the outdoor lawn. The double-height roof in the living area is adorned with small colored glass tiles, which reflect sunlight beautifully, creating a calming atmosphere inside the home. Additionally, large glass windows throughout the house enhance the openness and offer a vibrant, cheerful ambiance.
