This project came to us in the very first meeting, thanks to the owner, a Hockey Olympian and Gold Medallist. The couple, initially planning to sell their plot and buy a readymade flat, changed their decision after seeing our work on another project for their friend and teammate, an Arjun Awardee and Former Captain of the Indian Hockey team. Impressed by our work culture, quality, and dedication, they chose The JAVS to build their dream home. The result is a stunningly designed house with a beautiful façade and exceptional interiors, standing out in the entire area.
Project Overview
Technically, this house features a remarkable skylight area above the duplex staircase that floods the space with natural light from multiple angles. The triangular feature on the roof, finished with special tiles on both slopes, adds an elegant touch to the house’s exterior. Huge glass windows in the ground-floor drawing room and the first-floor master bedroom offer breathtaking views of the lawn. Additionally, a gazebo on the terrace, designed as a recreation area, further elevates the charm and functionality of this home.
